Use the KnowItNow Academic chat and SMS texting (text ohiolink to 66746) service to get online help with your research questions. The statewide service is staffed by librarians from participating OhioLINK Libraries. KnowItNow Academic is available Monday through Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Fridays, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Outside of these hours, or if academic librarians are not available, you will be helped with your research questions by public librarians.
