A great first step. Columbus State is all about giving you great places to start. We have a number of programs for transfer students.
Start here, then get a traditional four-year degree: Many students do the first two years of their bachelor's degree here, then transfer to a four-year school to finish up. A typical choice is to get an Associate of Arts or Associate of Sciences degree, which are offered through our Arts & Sciences Division. Learn more
Get a Career & Technical degree, then transfer: Our Career & Technical majors are designed to get you a degree so you can get a job immediately. But, we have agreements with many colleges to allow you to apply a Career & Technical degree toward a bachelor's degree. Learn more
Just taking a few classes here: Many students take classes here, even through they're enrolled at another college. Students like our low tuition costs, or some just want to take some classes while they're home on break. Others come to us for the personalized instruction: We offer small class sizes, and all of our instructors are professors. Learn More
