OTAP for Youth

What is OTAP (Orientation to Trades and Apprenticeships) for Youth?

OTAP for Youth is an 8 week afterschool program designed to prepare students for employment in the Trades or acceptance into an Apprenticeship program where they can "earn while they learn." 

Who can attend OTAP for Youth?

Those attending high school who are 16 or older and who are interested in the Trades.  Students must be able to obtain a valid driver's license within 3 months.

HOW TO REGISTER

For Information please contact the Non-Credit Information Center at 614-287-5858.  You can also visit the OTAP offices in the Center for Workforce Development building at 315 Cleveland Avenue.  The office number is 005 (basement).
